Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician
Hours: Part-time / After-school hours
Pay: $20 - $30 / hour

Job Summary As an Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands-on behavior technician position where you will implement aba therapy programs and help support meaningful progress.
Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision
Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
