A Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals, often children, with autism or other developmental disabilities. They work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans.
