Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)
Sunflower Development Center - Raynham, MA

Sunflower Development Center is growing, and we're looking for part-time Behavior Technicians who are energetic, reliable, and passionate about helping children thrive. We're a warm, child-centered ABA program that values teamwork, high-quality clinical care, and a positive work environment.What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 2-12 in our center-based, naturalistic, play-based environment
  • Follow treatment plans as written by your BCBA and collect accurate session data in Motivity
  • Support children in communication, social skills, play, daily living skills, and emotional regulation
  • Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to learn and grow clinically
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and kindness with families and team members
What We're Looking For
  • A playful, patient, and motivated person who loves working with kids
  • Ability to follow behavior plans and be open to coaching and support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance (we take consistency for our kids seriously!)
  • Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We will train the right person
  • RBT certification is welcome but not necessary
Schedule
  • Part-time (10-25 hours/week) depending on availability
  • Morning and afternoon hours available
