Job Details


Responsible for providing outstanding customer service in aircraft loading and unloading, safeguarding and general handling of passenger baggage and cargo; ensures that all performance exceeds Triangle’s and Customers expectations, follow the loading instructions and company procedures.

  • Responsible for maintaining safety and security on the ramp at all times.
  • Onload and offload luggage and cargo from aircraft.
  • Direct aircraft to the proper gate on arriving flights.
  • Work outdoors in different weather conditions and around loud aircraft and machinery.
  • Complete daily paperwork and forms connected to work assignments in a timely manner.
  • Operate and drive motorized equipment such as belt loaders and bag carts.
  • Report inoperative equipment to ensure proper repair and maintenance.
  • Perform interior airport cabin cleaning when necessary.
  • Previous experience is a plus.
  • Good Customer service and excellent communicator.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager and supervisor on duty.
Requirements:

Job Specifications / Qualifications:

  • Must be able to drive and operate ramp equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 70 pounds and more.
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and some holidays.
  • Reliable, dependable, and responsible.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Airport Driving Permit.
  • TSA Security Clearance.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • US Citizen or US Legal Resident. 
  • CBP clearance.
