Locums – Greensboro, North Carolina | CRNA Float Pool Opportunity

Clinical Role
Join a large hospital-based anesthesiology department as part of a CRNA Float Pool providing coverage across multiple procedural and surgical areas. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time providers while working within a medical direction model in a high-volume practice environment.

Assignment Details
Start Date: 08/17/2026
End Date: 02/19/2027
Contract Length: 6 Months (26 Weeks)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 Days

Schedule & Coverage
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Coverage Options:

  • Full-time providers considered

  • Part-time availability of 2 weeks per month or 2 shifts per week accepted

Coverage Need:

  • Approximately 4–5 shifts per month

Providers must be willing and able to float between assigned locations.

Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA):

Preferred Experience:

  • Cardiac/Vascular
  • Neurosurgery
  • Pediatrics

Cardiac anesthesia experience is preferred but providers will not be required to perform hearts and lungs cases at the primary facility.

Support & Technology
EMR: Epic

Equipment:

  • Drager anesthesia machines
  • Philips monitoring systems

Collaborative anesthesiology department with strong physician and CRNA support.

Requirements
NBCRNA Certification – Required
Active North Carolina license – Required
Compact license candidates eligible for licensure assistance
ACLS – Required
PALS – Required
Minimum 1–2 years of CRNA experience – Required
No new graduates accepted
Ability to float between coverage locations – Required
