Our primary focus is on attracting individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills and are dedicated to delivering patient-centered care. Candidates with fellowship training in musculoskeletal (MSK) radiology are especially encouraged to apply. The ideal applicant will have experience in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures.

PRACTICE DETAILS

This physician-led, multi-specialty medical group serves exclusively the members of Kaiser Permanente in the Atlanta region. Our practice offers an integrated environment that is both stimulating and rewarding, with ample opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.

  • Focus on outpatient and urgent care imaging; no hospital examinations are conducted.
  • Teleradiology services cover overnight shifts.
  • Full-time radiologists typically work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each month, with compensatory weekdays off for weekend duties.
  • The group averages 70 wRVUs per shift, with weekday shifts oriented towards specific modalities or subspecialties, while evening and weekend shifts are more general.

  • There is an option to work from home for non-patient-facing tasks, including evenings and weekends.
BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

Our compensation structure begins with a fixed salary phase that allows for a low-stress onboarding experience focused on quality and integration, transitioning to a market-leading productivity-based compensation model when advantageous for the radiologist (typically within 1-2 years).

  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, malpractice insurance, CME allowance, and disability insurance.
  • A highly generous pension plan, supplemented by a 401(k).
  • We are one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned multi-specialty medical groups, with over 600 physicians and 200 associate practitioners collaborating in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality services to more than 315,000 Kaiser Permanente members.
  • Care is delivered across 26 medical offices equipped with state-of-the-art technology, labs, imaging services, and pharmacies, along with surgical services and 24/7 care at some of the region's top hospitals.
  • We offer a competitive salary, a generous retirement package, paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as long and short-term disability coverage, relocation assistance, and more.
