Part-time Radiology Technologist
PRN/Part time No benefits

Compensation $32.00-$45.00/hr
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles

Schedule:

  • Every other Saturday AM or MID shift 
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts (i.e. PTO coverage) if/as available

    Essential Functions:

    • Performs all medical imaging studies including routine, orthopedic, & portable exams.
    • Provides clear explanations of procedures to patients and families; addresses concerns and ensures comfort.
    • Screens female patients of childbearing age for pregnancy in accordance with hospital policy.
    • Transports and assists patients safely, including those with limited mobility, using appropriate transfer techniques.
    • Adheres to ALARA principles and radiation safety protocols for patients, self, and staff.
    • Accurately documents patient information, clinical history, and technical factors in the EMR and PACS

    General Job requirements:

    • Successful completion of a 2-year accredited Radiography Program
    • IEMA (required)
    • Current CPR certification (required)
    • ARRT Certification (or boards eligible)
    • Bilingual English + Spanish (preferred)
