BREAST IMAGING RADIOLOGIST

Jefferson Einstein Hospital - Philadelphia | Full-time and Part-time | No Nights or Call | Sign-On Bonus

Job Description Summary

A recognized leader in breast imaging for more than 50 years, Jefferson Einstein has been at the forefront of advanced mammography-helping pioneer Digital Breast Tomosynthesis, becoming one of the first institutions nationwide to fully transition to 100% digital breast imaging, and introducing Molecular Breast Imaging (MBI) to the region using the lowest radiation dose available.

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join a collaborative, high-performing team of radiologists within an accredited Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.

The Position

• No nights or call responsibilities
• Comprehensive breast imaging practice including:
  • Digital Breast Tomosynthesis
  • Breast Ultrasound
  • Breast MRI
  • Image-guided biopsies and procedures
• Annual volumes:
  • ~27,000 screening mammograms
  • ~16,000 diagnostic mammograms
  • ~2,200 biopsies/procedures
• Academic involvement:
  • Teaching opportunities within a premier radiology residency program (24 residents)
