Job Summary
The part-time dishwasher positions at River Oaks Golf Course is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plates, cups, glassware, tableware, utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
In addition to hourly wages, employees are eligible for tips.
Essential Job Functions
  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other utensils and place them in racks to send through dish washer.
  • Hand wash dishes, pots and pans as appropriate.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes.
  • Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
  • Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
  • Set up or break down dishwashing area.
  • Sweep/mop floors.
  • Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
  • Clean up any spills.
  • Perform various duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.

  • Must have outstanding customer service skills.
  • Must present a professional image.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with elected officials, employees and the public.
