Position Overview

This is a full-time / part-time position, reporting to our Lead Concierge. We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Highrise Concierge to join our team at one of our prestigious locations. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service our residents expect. We are a 24/7 company and may require your schedule to work holidays.

Mission

The mission of this role is to be a friendly face, visible to the community, showing presence and reassurance that the property is safe and well maintained. This role will assess a positive attitude and be proactive.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will be:

· Greet patrons, residents, and scheduled guests and lead to appropriate areas or person

· Perform (specific tasks) as required by the manager to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service

· Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

· Perform (specific tasks) as required by the location

Proficiencies

This role requires a professional appearance, a good sense of enthusiasm and stamina, as well as being very friendly, caring and patient. It also requires the ability to work independently, show initiative, be alert, resolve conflicts and have good sense of judgement.

Job Requirements
