Part Time Quick Apply information

What is a part time quick apply?

A Part Time Quick Apply job refers to a part-time position that offers a streamlined and simplified application process, often requiring just a resume submission or a few basic details. These jobs are designed to help candidates apply quickly, often through job boards or company career pages with a 'Quick Apply' button. Part-time roles typically involve working less than 35-40 hours per week and can offer flexibility in scheduling, making them ideal for students, parents, or those seeking supplemental income. The 'Quick Apply' feature helps job seekers save time and apply to multiple positions efficiently.

What should I expect in terms of scheduling and communication when working a part time quick apply role?

In a part-time 'Quick Apply' role, schedules are often flexible and may vary week to week based on the employer's needs and your availability. Communication is typically handled through email, text, or app notifications, so prompt responses are important to secure shifts. You may be expected to adapt quickly to changes and fill in on short notice. This environment requires good time management and proactive communication to ensure you are aware of your upcoming shifts and any updates from your employer or team.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a part time quick apply position, and why are they important?

Thriving in a part-time Quick Apply position generally requires basic job-specific skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn, with minimal formal qualifications. Familiarity with online job application systems and basic office or retail software may be needed depending on the role. Strong communication, time management, and adaptability help candidates stand out. These skills ensure you can quickly integrate into a new workplace, perform tasks efficiently, and contribute positively even with limited hours.

About Great Clips

Sourced by ZipRecruiter

Great Clips, Inc. was established in Minneapolis, Minnesota by founders David Rubenzer and Steve Lemmon in 1982, a time when most people received haircuts in one of three ways: in full-service hair salons, from barbershops or at home. As a stylist and businessman, David could see that the industry was changing. Customers were looking for a hair salon service that could fit their busy lifestyles and desire for value. To be part of that change – rather than find themselves competing with it – David and Steve developed the then-radical concept of a walk-in haircare salon with weekend and evening hours, offering customers a select list of services, and providing benefits for stylists. After the founders opened several successful hair salons, Ray Barton joined David and Steve as an owner in March 1983. With Ray's help and expertise in franchising, the trio set about growing the Great Clips hair salon brand. That success continues through today.
