Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python professional with a strong understanding of technology domains and excellent client-facing abilities. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and building efficient automation solutions. ย This role will work closely with cross-functional teams-including business units, technology teams, and data platform owners.ย  You will play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of transformation outcomes through well-governed and fit-for-purpose activities.ย 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements, workflows, and pain points
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation strategies
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Partner with transformation program teams to understand business objectives and identifyย order-related automation needs amongst other functional areas (e.g., customer, product, finance, supplier, inventory, employee, etc.).

Eligibility Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming
  • Solid understanding of technology ecosystems (APIs, databases, system integrations, etc.)
  • Experience in process automation (e.g., scripting, RPA, workflow automation tools)
  • Ability to gather and interpret client requirements effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles with cross-functional collaboration
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Selenium, UiPath, etc.)
    • Exposure to data processing, ETL pipelines, or analytics workflows
    • Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role
    • Understanding of data architecture concepts ย 

In the US, the target base salary for this role isย upto $180,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
