Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with their Texas state license (LBA) to join our clinical team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.


Position Summary:

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and parent training for clients receiving ABA services. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, excellent communicator, and committed advocate for high-quality, ethical care.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
  • Analyze client progress data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support client success across environments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure services comply with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active state licensure (if required).
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining quality care.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and data collection systems.
