Position: Warehouse & Shipping Worker

Location: PT Tech – Wadsworth, OH

Job Type: Part-time

Shift: Day shift - Average 3 days per week, 8-hour days

Position Summary:

Within a team manages outgoing goods; responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment; while also handling documentation, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction and collaboration on inside sales team, CSR team and account managers in the field
  • Utilize and monitor SAP for daily activities
  • Schedule and coordinate as instructed Source Inspection requirements and FAI and FAT tracking and re-quests
  • Leverage business processes to maximize internal efficiency and external speed (CRM / Project Plans / ESRs / QIM / Green boards / MOC etc....)
  • Communicates with customers and internal teams on purchase orders, customer desires, shipping updates pricing assistance
  • Works with all internal teams for requirements based upon customer expectations.
  • Pick and package orders by assigned delivery notifications.
  • Forklift driving
  • Inventory counting

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the US

This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).  Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
