Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate **Physical Therapy Technician** to join our dynamic team in Grand Prairie. In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside physical therapists to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive outpatient orthopedic setting. As a PT Tech, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and professionalism.

  • Assist physical therapists with direct patient care and treatment execution
  • Administer therapeutic modalities including hot and cold packs, ultrasound, and other prescribed treatments
  • Prepare treatment areas and ensure all therapy equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and functioning optimally
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment that supports patient comfort and safety
  • Document patient information and treatment details accurately while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
  • Support patients with exercises and mobility assistance under therapist supervision
  • Greet patients warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
  • Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and inventory management
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care coordination
  • Follow all clinical protocols and safety procedures consistently
