Prime Group Shetland Park is seeking dependable, professional, part-time unarmed Security Guards/Lot Attendants to join our team. We are hiring for multiple positions across weekday, weekend, and evening/night shifts.
Responsibilities
• Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas on a routine basis
• Perform building checks and property inspections
• Observe, document, and report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual activity
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and urgent situations
• Assist visitors, vendors, and tenants with directions and general property information
• Monitor traffic flow during busy arrival and departure periods
• Enforce parking policies and regulations in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain a professional presence that reflects positively on the property and company
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation accurately and on time
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
  • Prior security experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment, attention to detail, and observational ability
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
