Description
We are looking for 1-2 reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspectors to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the last line of defense before every guest arrival - you are the person who walks through a property, verifies it meets nestago standards, and ensures nothing is missed. Weekend availability is essential
Responsibilities
โ€ข Conduct post-housekeeping inspections to verify properties are cleaned, staged, and guest-ready per the nestago inspection checklist
โ€ข Document and report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues discovered during inspections with photos
โ€ข Confirm all amenities are stocked and functioning (linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies, batteries, etc.)
โ€ข Flag urgent issues for the Property Care Manager before guest check-in
โ€ข Perform minor touch-ups as needed (restaging furniture, replacing missing supplies, wiping surfaces)
โ€ข Deliver supplies or small items to properties when combined with inspection runs
โ€ข Maintain accurate inspection records and photo logs in our property management platform
Qualifications
โ€ข Reliable personal vehicle (preferably 4x4 or AWD) and valid driver's license with current insurance
โ€ข Willingness to drive throughout Colorado Springs, Monument, Cascade, Woodland Park, and the surrounding areas
