Site Manager (part-time)

Pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

Schedule is M-F, 5 hours a day.

Working Site Supervisor:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in any supervisory and or management position.
  • Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish & English)
  • Must have Computer skills such as excel, word, and Email (Microsoft Office).
  • Experience as a floor tech.
  • Knowledge of floor equipment.
  • Previous janitorial experience.
  • Able to lead groups with professionalism.
  • Must have written and oral communication skills.
  • Ensure Proper delivery of Scope of Service.
  • Developing Schedules.
  • Staying within budget.
  • Manage supply request while staying within budget.
  • To ensure that payroll is completed every Monday and relayed to head office by 3 pm.
  • Keeping all documentation update and sent to Payroll & HR.

  • Handle all hiring process such as
    • Reviewing all applicant

  • Are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
  • To effectively plan, & coordinate any follow-up as well as floor care work.
  • To ensure work shifts are properly scheduled to cover all aspects of the specification as per contract.
  • Ensure Team Members have adequate resources to maintain standards on-site as per site specification.
  • To carry out regular monthly performance & inspection reviews with team members, within their area of responsibility.
  • Following all policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
  • To maintain all records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • To provide leadership, support, coordination, and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
  • The site supervisor is responsible for coordinating and insuring the satisfactory and timely completion of project and program work is done in the building on varying shifts.
  • Secure and assure that all equipment is maintained and in working order.
  • Makes sure the facility has sufficient janitorial supplies at all times.
  • Training new hires, handling quality control and in-servicing staff is an essential part of the supervisor's responsibility and includes touring the building several times per day to assess work quality using current software for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to understand and place into action basic infection control procedures for safety.
  • Proficient in organizing and setting up rooms, including arranging tables and chairs.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds, push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
