The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential remodeling projects from post-sale through installation. This role owns project execution, customer satisfaction, subcontractor performance, and cost control across multiple active jobs.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise onsite subcontractors and enforce company processes and standards
  • Manage projects with a strong balance of customer satisfaction and cost control
  • Maintain high workmanship standards aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations
  • Perform accurate material take-offs and ensure proper ordering
  • Clearly communicate scope of work to Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and homeowners
  • Serve as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concerns
  • Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and professionally
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Oversee projects from implementation through completion
  • Allocate labor, materials, and resources effectively
