Job Description
The primary goal of the Concierge is to ensure guests have a pleasant experience during their transitional care stay at The Villa at St. Louis Park.
We are currently looking for a Part-time evening & every- other- weekend Concierge to continue to provide the additional customer service we strive to meet.
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
  • Greet all guests to promote the goals of Villa Healthcare: Exceptional Care, Unexpected Luxury and Passionate Care
  • Meet with resident or responsible party within 24 to 48 hours of admission.
  • Attentive to resident requests that would better their experience during their stay
  • Responsible to manage and purchase necessary supplies to maintain the Snack Cart
  • Ensure resident rooms are ready for new admissions
  • Complete tours of the building for any prospective residents or family members seeking placement.
  • Will maintain the Customer Service Questionnaires and follow-up and address any concerns that arise
  • Expected to make daily rounds to interact and meet with family members and residents.
  • Assist with in-house events

Qualifications:
  • Star quality customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Great computer skills (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must have strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent people skills with strong time and project management skills
  • Must have a positive "can do" attitude
  • Availability to work 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. varying days and every other weekend 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
