Schedule: Part Time | 24 hours/pay period | 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. | includes weekend and holiday rotation

Pay Range: $15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Server, you’ll be at the heart of our community, providing exceptional dining service to residents while fostering meaningful connections. Whether assisting with meal selections, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, or simply offering a warm smile, you’ll play a key role in helping residents enjoy each mealtime with dignity, joy, and companionship.

As a Server, you will:

  • Provide Exceptional Dining Service – Assist with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests, and helping resident select their meals.
  • Ensure Safety and Sanitation – Set and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain the cleanliness and conditional of all flatware and glassware. Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas. Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
  • Communicate Effectively – Proactively communicate with residents and team member.
  • Other Duties as Assigned – Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.

This job also requires:

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow emergency protocols.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.
