Restoration and Modernization Program Management Facilities Professional
The Opportunity:
As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship-building and a keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will modernize and create efficiency in Marine Corps capital investment planning and facilities restoration and modernization (RM) program management. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that'll help strengthen infrastructure readiness, support critical funding decisions, and ensure the Marine Corps can maintain and modernize the facilities essential to mission success.
On our team, you'll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you'll oversee work and guide staff to develop creative solutions on mission-critical RM planning, budgeting, and execution management projects across Marine Corps installations.
In this role, you'll closely impact Marine Corps facilities and infrastructure investment by developing long-range RM plans, tracking year-of-execution performance, supporting congressional notifications, analyzing obligations and deviations from plan, and drafting RM program guidance used in annual planning cycles. With mentoring opportunities, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Work with us as we facilitate projects that impact Marine Corps facilities RM and capital investment programs for the better.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
- Experience preparing reports, analyses, or official correspondence for program execution, budgeting, congressional notifications, or guidance development
- Experience with data tracking, reporting tools, or information management systems used in facilities or capital investment portfolios
- Knowledge of facilities RM principles, DoD facilities planning processes, or capital investment programming and execution
- Knowledge of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes, obligation or commitment tracking, or Marine Corps or Navy planning guidance
- Ability to independently develop plans, track performance, analyze deviations, and prepare program guidance for senior stakeholders
- Ability to draft official correspondence such as ATA letters and congressional notification packages, for government review
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, Public Administration, or Real Estate and 10+ years of experience in facilities program management, RM program support, capital investment planning, or infrastructure portfolio analysis, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in facilities program management, RM program support, capital investment planning, or infrastructure portfolio analysis
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting Marine Corps installations, Navy Commands, or DoD RM or capital investment programs
- Experience supporting financial reviews, obligation analysis, or congressional notifications related to facilities programs
- Experience supporting DoD policy rewrites or POM cycle documentation
- Knowledge of RM program policies, MCO 11000.5, ETMS2 routing processes, or DoD budgeting and execution requirements
- Knowledge of installation-level design award tracking, commitment or obligation processes, and related portfolio management metrics
- Master's degree in Planning, Engineering, Public Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- PMP, LEED, AICP, IFMA, RPA, or similar Facilities or Acquisition Certifications
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
