South Dade Toyota is seeking a hardworking and highly motivated Part-Time Sales Greeter and Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in welcoming customers, providing them with a memorable experience, and assisting Product Specialists in delivering consistent service. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and supporting day-to-day dealership operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, determining the purpose of their visit
  • Answer basic customer questions and refer more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Record and register customer demographic information using the Smartpath system
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate Product Specialist or introduce them directly
  • Process payments as required using CDK System
  • Maintain the front desk calendar in collaboration with the Sales Manager, arranging shift coverage when needed

Qualifications:
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Friendly, customer-focused demeanor
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
