Job Description

This is a part-time, temporary/seasonal position. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to establish an applicant pool. As vacancies occur, they are filled from the pool.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large crowds

  • Experience in promotional photography

  • Experience with organizing projects

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for:

  • Supervising the lobby during productions, including recruiting and training volunteer ushers, setting up their iPads and credit card terminals, and dealing with customer concerns

  • Overseeing set up of concessions and gift shop tables in lobby

  • Serving as a photographer for the production, including attending promotional shoots and setting up a dropbox of photos for publicity use

  • Organizing the orders, working with the imprinting company, and distributing show tee shirts to the cast, crew, and orchestra
