Job description

Procurement Coordinator is a data-driven role focused on fulfilling orders, managing large distribution lists, and supporting warehouse operations through accurate system updates. This position requires strong Excel skills to organize, clean, and maintain data from multiple sources while ensuring that inventory and vendor information remains precise and up to date. You will play a key role in identifying data gaps, resolving issues, and improving overall tracking processes within a fast-paced, on-site environment. What You Will Do:

  • Work heavily in Excel to input, clean, and maintain data across multiple spreadsheets and data sources
  • Pull together and organize information from forms, existing records, and manual inputs into structured, usable datasets
  • Track and manage key operational data like inventory, service requests, and vendor assignments with a high level of accuracy
  • Identify and troubleshoot data gaps or process oversights, helping resolve issues and improve overall tracking and accuracy

What You Will Need to Be Successful:
