Description
The Testing Proctor shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees upon recommendation of the President. The salary and term of the office shall be fixed by the Board of Trustees upon the recommendation of the President. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Dual Credit and Testing. This is a part-time position.

Qualifications
This position requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. An Associate's Degree or 60+ college credit hours is required.
Job Responsibilities
This position will provide student placement testing services. This is a part-time hourly position.
The Testing Proctor shall perform the following essential task/responsibilities:
  1. Workkeys, CLEP, and others as necessary;
  2. Prepare testing schedule with Assistant Director of Dual Credit and Testing
  3. Complete training to maintain active credentials for all exam platforms;
  4. Establish and maintain working relations with Advisors, Instructional Technology, Computer Services and students;
  5. Use Appointment Plus to track appointments;
  6. Schedule CLEP exams by communicating with interested students;
  7. Deliver test scores securely to Student Affairs staff;
  8. Become knowledgeable of our placement measures and assist with any student questions;
  9. Perform all other duties as assigned.
