What is a PRN lab assistant?

A PRN lab assistant is a part-time, as-needed laboratory worker who supports lab operations without a fixed schedule. This role offers flexibility and is common in healthcare or clinical laboratory settings.

Who gets paid more, MLT or MLS?

Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) and Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) are different roles with MLS typically earning higher salaries due to advanced education and responsibilities. Salary differences can vary based on experience, location, and work setting.

Is MLT harder than nursing?
