Job description

Responsibilities
  • Work independently and provide on-site exterior pressure washing services on a set and on-demand schedule
  • Be the primary customer interface while on site, exhibiting courtesy and professionalism and ensuring all customer issues are addressed
  • Set-up and tear-down of all equipment at the job site, including water reclamation (Knowledge of water reclamation a plus, but not required. Company will provide training.)
  • Utilize mobile technology applications to complete service tickets, monitor timekeeping, submit reports, and manage expenses
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment.)
  • All services use hot water and steam only. The company does not use chemicals, including but not limited to cleaning solutions, soaps, or detergents
  • Assist with cart maintenance and special projects when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
  • Must have a flexible schedule to work early mornings
  • Must be able to perform physical maintenance work
  • Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
  • Must be a team-player who interacts well with the team and customers
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Must have time management skills
  • Must pass a criminal background and DMV record check
  • Previous experience not required. Training will be provided.

Physical demands:
  • Standing or walking up to 8 hours per shift
  • Lifting 35-80 lbs in weight
  • Pushing/pulling 35-80 lbs
  • Working in the outside elements year round
