Marketing & Brand Coordinator (Part-Time)

Desiréd Aesthetics is an upscale medical spa dedicated to providing personalized aesthetic treatments in a welcoming, luxury environment. We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Brand Coordinator to help bring our brand to life both online and in our practice.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, loves social media, has an eye for beautiful design, and wants to play an important role in growing a premium brand.

Position Details

  • Part-time (approximately 10–15 hours per week)
  • Approximately $20 - $25/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

  • Capture photo and video content in the office each week
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms
  • Develop Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form videos
  • Write captions that educate, inspire, and reflect our brand voice
  • Coordinate monthly email newsletters and promotions
  • Update website content, promotions, and blogs (training provided)
  • Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials
  • Request and showcase patient testimonials and reviews
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond when appropriate
  • Keep an organized content calendar
  • Track basic marketing metrics and provide a simple monthly performance report
  • Collaborate with leadership on seasonal campaigns, events, and product launches

Qualifications:
