Fixed Income & Liquidity Solutions Overview
Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions, within Public Investing, manages more than $1.7 trillion* in assets for a variety of clients, including private wealth mandates and institutional clients such as insurance companies, pension funds, and endowments. The team has a long history of investing across public fixed income strategies including rates, currency, and credit on behalf of our clients. Investment ideas are created through collaboration between portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders
Responsibilities:
  • Help develop customized investment solutions to meet each client's individual investment objectives.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers on various topics, including asset allocation, performance and risk management, risk budgeting, Environment Social Governance (ESG) initiatives and portfolio optimization.
  • Work with various sales teams to develop client deliverables to drive new business opportunities.
  • Assist with investment strategy and coordinate trading activity across the short duration platform.
  • Be involved in every aspect of short duration portfolio management for a diversified global client base including but not limited to enhanced portfolio construction, monitoring portfolio market risk and positioning.
  • 2-4 years experience in fixed income portfolio management / trading / treasury
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment
  • Positive and progressive mindset, entrepreneurial and ambitious personality
  • Strategically minded

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years experience in fixed income portfolio management / trading / treasury
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment
  • Positive and progressive mindset, entrepreneurial and ambitious personality
  • Strategically minded

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$170000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
