Position Overview

Premier Association Management is seeking an experienced and licensed Part-Time Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a portfolio of four developer-controlled communities located in South Clermont totaling approximately 485 units.

These communities consist primarily of short-term rental properties, requiring a manager who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong developer interaction and maintenance oversight responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, operational awareness, vendor management experience, and the ability to independently manage inspections, projects, and community priorities.


Qualifications
  • Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED
  • Previous portfolio HOA or condominium management experience preferred
  • Experience managing developer-controlled communities strongly preferred
  • Strong vendor management and maintenance coordination experience
  • Comfortable conducting routine property inspections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software platforms
  • Experience with short-term rental communities is a plus
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of four developer-controlled communities totaling approximately 485 units
  • Conduct weekly inspections of both the front and back/exterior areas of units and community property
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor performance, maintenance projects, and service contracts
  • Work directly with developers regarding maintenance priorities, operational concerns, and community needs
  • Monitor community appearance and ensure maintenance standards are upheld
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors, developers, and management leadership
  • Prepare inspection reports and operational updates as needed
  • Respond to community issues and maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Help ensure communities are maintained in accordance with company and developer expectations
