SE Wisconsin Regional C4 Organizer (Part-Time)
20 hours/week | Now - November 20th, 2026 | $22/hour + mileage
Voces de la Frontera Action (C4) is seeking a Regional C4 Organizer to support political organizing, voter engagement, and grassroots power-building across assigned regions of Wisconsin.
This is campaign-season work. Fast-paced. Field-based. Impact-driven.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with candidate endorsements, voter engagement programs, and campaign planning
  • Work with chapters to grow membership and develop grassroots leaders
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate regional canvassing volunteers to execute outreach campaigns and strengthen community engagement
  • Coordinate with Voceros por el Voto to expand relational voter organizing
  • Utilize tools like VAN, EveryAction, MyRVP, Relay, and Twilio
  • Support GOTV efforts, voter education initiatives, and advocacy campaigns
  • Collaborate with communications to amplify political messaging
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and key organizational events

Who We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of campaign or political organizing experience
  • Strong understanding of grassroots and relational organizing
  • Experience working with immigrant and working-class communities
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends during campaign season
  • Willing to travel within assigned region
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

This role requires regular field work, canvassing, meetings, and volunteer coordination in a fast-moving political environment.
