The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the mantra – You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a  Lead PLM Business Process Analyst.

Job Summary

The Lead PLM Business Process Analyst will work closely with the stakeholders across the organization to research, analyze, design, recommend and develop solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies. This position is business centric and the lead analyst will act as a liaison between business leaders and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with IT to deliver best practice solutions in WindChill to enable business process requirements.
  • Translate user requirements to ensure that processes can be properly integrated into the supporting system Influence continuous improvement initiatives by using system and business process knowledge to support business
  • Serve as the team’s product owner driving delivery of work and maintaining the backlog according to health and velocity metrics
  • Responsible for creation and delivery of content to support deployment and adoption of solutions such as training, work instructions, and job-aids

Experience Requirements

This position typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.  In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:

  • Minimum 5 years of PTC WindChill experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of PTC Creo Parametric experience required
  • Experience with complex configurable products required, motor vehicles or similar preferred.
  • Experience with engineering change management, work flows and process best practices is required.
  • Experience with Digital Thread and driving expanded usage of PLM capabilities and best practices. is required.  We are looking for a thought leader capable of driving future state vision and implementation road maps.
  • Experience with BOM and flow of data to ERP and manufacturing systems is required.  Experience with interfaces to SAP preferred.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, Product Owner experience required, Product Manager Experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relational models and analytics using Power BI and similar tools.
  • Experience planning and conducting cross functional workshops, defining and documenting process and requirements is required.
  • Candidate must have excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to effectively deliver messages at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Candidate should be a self-starter that can drive clarity where there is ambiguity

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
