Description
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing all duties and operational functions for the Kid's Club "Hideout" such as providing safe, secure, and happy environment for Members, Guest, and Children.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • CREATES WOW by: anticipating needs and wants, being prepared, being continuously enthusiastic, executing flawlessly and doing it now
  • Provide supervision and interaction to all children ages 6 and up who are utilizing the The Hideout, and adjoining grounds.
  • Ensure safety and happiness to all participants in the Hideout, and Briar Club events/activities/programs
  • Meet and greet new and existing young members and their parents.
  • Report and/or seek assistance for member/youth complaints as they arise
  • To properly clean, disinfect and maintain the playroom areas, including all toys, equipment, play surfaces, and other spaces
  • Understand PlayStation, Nintendo, and other video games. AND assist children who
  • To conduct oneself at all times in a manner of professionalism that aligns with the values, philosophies and standards of the club. This includes being in a club approved uniform and nametag, coming to work on time, and good communication skills.
  • Assist in the on-going development, planning, and execution of the Kid's Club programs and events
  • To attend all scheduled employee meetings
  • Adheres to all various written mandatory standards of operation, policies, procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job
  • Assist with other projects, club events, and duties for The Briar Club, as assigned.

Requirements
Qualification/Requirements
  • Customer service attitude
  • Must be able to communicate with members and their children

Education/Training/Experience
  • High School degree preferred
  • Early Childhood Development or related field a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and childcare preferred
  • CPR/First Aid/ AED certified

Work Schedule (part time)
Your schedule will vary depending on your availability to work any of the listed shifts
  • Monday Off
  • Tuesday to Thursday 4-8pm
  • Friday 4-9pm
  • Saturday 8am-3pm and 3pm-9pm
  • Sunday 8am-1pm and 1-5pm
