Job description

Capital Canyon Golf Club, located in Prescott, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Busser/Food Runner! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assures that all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation
  • Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges
  • Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for food delivery
  • Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with the corresponding ticket to run food to tables
  • Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards
  • Ensures that each menu item is prepared exactly as outlined on each ticket
  • Communicates with the chef to correct any menu item that does not meet specifications before delivering to guests
  • Fills and refills water glasses and removes any unused place settings
  • Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each course
  • Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, repositioning chairs, and replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins
  • Assists servers as needed
  • Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients
  • Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
  • Performs other duties as required
