Why This Role Matters

Warehouse Associates are the heartbeat of the floor. Picking, packing, staging, receiving support, kitting, and special projects may sound simple on paper, but they are the daily actions that make the whole operation work.

This role is for someone reliable, energetic, willing to learn, and proud of doing things the right way. Whether you are helping an order ship, supporting a receiving project, or keeping the floor organized, your work will directly support the success of our clients and teammates.

Position Overview

Warehouse Associates support the daily operations of Supership USAโ€™s California fulfillment center. This role may include picking, packing, labeling, staging, receiving support, inventory support, kitting, special projects, and general warehouse work.

This is a great fit for someone who wants part-time work in a team environment where effort, accuracy, and a good attitude matter.

What Youโ€™ll Help Build

- A warehouse floor that is clean, organized, and ready for the day.

- A team culture where people help each other and take pride in their work.

- Fulfillment habits that protect accuracy and client trust.

- A launch-stage operation where dependable people can grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Assist with receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory counts, kitting, and special projects.

- Follow client-specific instructions for packaging, labeling, inserts, bundles, and retail compliance requirements.

- Use scanners, warehouse systems, pack station tools, and basic documentation as required.

- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

- Report inventory issues, damaged items, shortages, or order concerns to supervisors.

- Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.

- Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, logistics, or production experience is an asset but not required.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, bending, communicating and otherwise performing repetitive warehouse tasks.

- Ability to work part-time shifts based on business needs.

Company Description

Supership USA already works with some of the worldโ€™s best ecommerce brands, and as we open our first U.S. 3PL fulfillment facility in California, we are looking for the best people to help us build the kind of operation those brands deserve.
We are building something with purpose: a warehouse that feels organized, ambitious, human, and proud of the work it does every day.
We believe great fulfillment is more than moving boxes. It is the quiet discipline behind growing ecommerce brands. It is accuracy when no one is watching, teamwork when the day gets busy, and the willingness to improve the process instead of accepting โ€œthatโ€™s just how warehouses work.โ€
Our California team will provide full-service ecommerce fulfillment, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, retail compliance support, and client success services. More importantly, this team will help shape how Supership operates in the United States from the ground up.
If you care about doing good work, building clean systems, supporting your teammates, and being part of a facility that gets better month after month, this is a chance to bring your passion into a company that is still early enough for your contribution to matter.
