Minimum Requirements: 
No minimum requirements.
Desired Qualifications: 
High school graduate (or possess GED) plus EITHER:
One year of paid full time or its part time/volunteer equivalent experience as an accompanist working with choral groups or small ensembles; OR,
One year of college level musical instrumental studies; OR,
Any equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits above;
Daily attendance is expected.
Position Summary/Responsibilities: 
Accompanies school vocal music groups and vocal or instrumental soloists at rehearsals, concerts, competitions and recitals, and in daily classroom instructions;
Assists the music teacher in preparing classroom materials;
Accompanies individuals and small groups of students as an adjunct to the regular teaching program, under the direction of the vocal music teacher;
Works directly with students individually and/or in small groups engaged in "hands on" activities related to instruction;
Demonstrates different piano and other musical instrumental styles;
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
