Role Title: Assistant Worship Director - Brockport
Reports to: Worship Director
Role Overview: The Assistant Worship Director plays a vital role in supporting the mission and vision of Hope Church, working closely with the worship team to plan and lead Christ-centered, spiritually engaging worship services, primarily at Hope's Brockport campus.

out the 5G's of discipleship.
Position Responsibilities:
• Support the overall mission, vision, and values of Hope Church.
• Lead engaging, Christ-centered worship.
• Lead rehearsals with musicians, vocalists, and tech team.
• Collaborate with the Worship Leadership Team to plan and implement impactful worship services.
• Be intentional with song selection, keeping in mind the sermon theme and spiritual focus of each service.
• Arrange music to suit the skill level of the team while maintaining musical and theological integrity.
• Provide spiritual leadership to worship team members while modeling a consistent and authentic personal faith walk.
• Pray regularly for guidance and discernment in planning worship services and serving the needs of the congregation.
• Help create a warm and welcome church atmosphere that encourages congregational worship participation.
