Phelps Health Outpatient Physical Therapy Services, located in Rolla, Missouri, provides comprehensive rehabilitation care for pediatric and adult patients across a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions. Our outpatient team serves Rolla and the surrounding southโ€‘central Missouri communities, delivering patientโ€‘centered care through evidenceโ€‘based practice and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. What we're looking for: We are looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping others and is a team player!

What will you do in this role:

ยท Put your physical therapy skills to work where they're really needed - evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them get better day by day. You'll also instruct the nursing staff and the patient's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress they've made

ยท Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records

ยท Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements

ยท Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs

ยท Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition

ยท Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws

ยท Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

ยท Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

ยท Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered

ยท Current CPR certification

ยท Strong organizational and communication skills
