Physical Therapist - Early Start Program (Part-Time)
Help Children Take Their First Steps Toward a Brighter Future
Are you passionate about helping young children reach important developmental milestones? Join Home of Guiding Hands as a Part-Time Physical Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants and toddlers with developmental delays. In this flexible role, you'll partner with families to provide early intervention services that help children build strength, mobility, and independence during their most important years of development. This position serves families throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties and offers a flexible part-time schedule with competitive hourly pay.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate children from birth to age 3 with developmental delays.
  • Provide individualized therapy in homes and community settings.
  • Partner with families to develop and achieve IFSP goals.

  • Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and required documentation.

What We're Looking For
  • Current California Physical Therapist license
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (CAPTE accredited)
  • At least one year of pediatric experience (birth to age 5)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
