Job description

Job Overview

Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000 for Pelvic Health Physical Therapist positions, available for both full-time and part-time roles, with a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000.

The team at our organization enjoys a remarkably low turnover rate, which speaks volumes about the work environment. Many therapists choose to remain with us long-term, and our front office has been under the same management for three decades. Numerous staff members have been part of our family for over 15 years, and several have even brought their relatives into the fold. This level of stability is uncommon in outpatient physical therapy and positively impacts our daily operations.

How We Support You
  • Student loan repayment assistance, with monthly payments made directly to your lender. This IRS-approved benefit increases in value after two years of employment.
  • AI-driven clinical documentation tools that are expected to reduce documentation time by 90% (launching in early 2026).
  • Fully funded training, certifications, and educational programs through Evidence in Motion (EIM).
  • A commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Comprehensive mentorship and career development opportunities.
  • Leadership and talent development programs available.

Exceptional Educational Opportunities for Your Family

One of the standout benefits of joining our organization is access to a highly regarded charter school system, including the newly expanded Middleton campus. This school serves 3,473 students and boasts impressive academic performance, with 78% of students proficient in math and 75% in reading. The graduation rate exceeds the Florida state average of 89%.

What Makes the Charter School Unique
  • Offers Advanced Placement courses, Project Lead The Way curriculum, and a Gifted & Talented program.
  • The K-8 Middleton School features a modern coastal village design, adaptable to changing educational needs.
  • Available as a Charter-in-the-Workplace School for eligible employees.
  • Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional programming.
