Pay: $17-$21/HR ONCE CERTIFIED AND TRAINED, $500 season-end attendance bonus opportunity. The average technician earns more than the hourly rate mentioned above if they are willing to accept additional properties to spray; the more properties you treat, the more you earn.

We're not a standard, run-of-the-mill pest control company. We have it so much better. We only treat outdoor pests like mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. - no crawl spaces, no attics, and no scary sheds to deal with. You get to work outside, drive a sweet company ride, and stay in shape while battling the bugs. You'll make some bugs and pests take a long nap and leave our customers to make fun memories outside while hanging outside.
Don't know anything about bugs? No problem! We will train you to become an expert in eliminating outdoor pests.
This is a Full-Time hourly labor position (35-40 hours/week) from March to November, weather-dependent, with the opportunity to grow into a year-round salaried labor position.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests
  • Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to our clients
  • Be certified or, after our training, be able to complete TN pesticide certification requirements for the Category 07 License for TN
  • Ability to work outdoors while carrying equipment weighing 55 lbs+
  • Comfortable driving a Mosquito Joe vehicle to service customer properties
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible labor hours

Education and Experience
1) Either:
Hold a valid and current Category 07 Commercial Applicator License for TN as required by the state for the commercial application of pesticides
OR
Have the ability to complete in-house training and pass the exam for the Category 07 License for TN.
2) Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
