About the Role

This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Personal Trainer who thrives in a team environment and loves helping members achieve life-changing results. This isn’t your average training job — our coaches wear multiple hats and play a key role in the success of our club’s culture, community, and growth.

You’ll lead energetic Team Training (group workouts), design personalized 1-on-1 training programs, and play an active role in sales, client onboarding, and gym operations. You’ll also receive weekly mentorship and sales coaching to help you grow professionally and financially.


What You’ll Do

Coaching & Training

  • Lead high-energy team training and 1-on-1 personal training sessions

  • Build individualized programs tailored to clients’ goals and fitness levels

  • Perform fitness assessments and consultations to guide client onboarding

  • Have Accountability Monthly Meetings with Members and Clients

Sales & Client Experience

  • Conduct fitness consultations and present training options to new members

  • Give engaging club tours and assist with membership sales when needed

  • Build long-term relationships that lead to client retention and referrals

Team & Operations

  • Participate in weekly team meetings, manager check-ins, and mentorship sessions

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment

  • Contribute to the overall success and culture of the club

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar — or in process)
