Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Personal Trainer role located in Claremont, CA. The Personal Trainer will conduct individual and small-group training sessions, guiding clients through structured exercise circuits and personalized fitness programs. Daily tasks include assessing client needs and goals, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring client safety and progress, and providing motivation and encouragement. The role also involves advising clients on basic nutrition and healthy habits, maintaining a clean and organized training environment, and accurately documenting client sessions and performance.
