PediCare Nursing Agency is hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient in Pascagoula, MS.
This Part-Time or PRN opportunity is ideal for a nurse looking for evening or overnight hours while providing meaningful, one-on-one pediatric care in the comfort of the patient's home.
POSITION DETAILSLocation: Pascagoula, MS
Position Type: Part-Time or PRN
Shift Available: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
Scheduling: Choose the available shifts that work for you
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient in their home.
Clinical needs include:
G-tube feedings and care
Medication administration
Suctioning and airway management
Ongoing nursing assessment and monitoring
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
The assigned nurse will provide one-on-one care throughout the shift, allowing for focused assessment, intervention, and support of the patient and family.
Private duty nursing gives you the opportunity to step away from the traditional hospital or facility setting and focus on one patient at a time.

Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate changes or concerns appropriately with the clinical team
Educate and support the patient's family regarding home-care needs
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi
Current BLS certification
Current TB screening within the past 12 months
Ability to meet all required state background screening requirements
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Pediatric, private duty, G-tube, or airway management experience is a plus
