Schedule:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking reliable and skilled LPNs or RNs to provide high-quality in-home care for patients. Nurses must have experience in the home health setting and be able to work independently while following care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

  • Experience working in a home care or home health agency preferred.

  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Duties:

  • Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient’s plan of care.

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

  • Monitor and document patient condition accurately.

  • Complete clinical notes in their entirety.

  • Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
