Key Responsibilities:
Drives Results & Problem Solves
• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and consistently improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and average transaction)
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and learning agility to adapt quickly and build brand presence in the community.
Customer Experience & Community Building
• Champion a hospitality-driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Delivering a consistent, elevated experience rooted in authentic connection, captivating the customer with deep product knowledge and converting them based on fabric, fit, and function.
• Execute plans to grow brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, community pop-ups, and clienteling.
Deliver Merchandising & Operational Excellence
• Execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the Beyond Yoga brand ethos.
• Ensure seamless daily operations, including execution of standard operating procedures, replenishment, inventory
management, and compliance with company policies
• Support schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance and P&L.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health & safety protocols.
Talent Builder & Accountability
• Onboard, and train a high-performing, diverse talent aligned with our values.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, continuous feedback, and celebration.
• Teach and coach the team to build capabilities and hold yourself and the team accountable to performance.
Key Experiences
• 1-3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear. High School graduate or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication
skills with a passion for team-building and mentorship.
• Deep appreciation for wellness, inclusivity, and the Beyond Yoga lifestyle.
• Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holidays
• Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel as required
The salary range for this role is $18.80 to $31.30. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, re levant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $18.80 - $31.30 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
