If you are looking for an opportunity to work for a fast growing, family-owned dealership, then Route 4 Auto Group is for you!
The Route 4 Auto Group is seeking a PART TIME Evening Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude! This individual will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller's business, and direct the caller to their destination. This position will also be responsible for basic accounting duties. The hours for this position start promptly at 5pm during the week, with mandatory Saturdays. Daytime shifts may also become available, so flexibility is a MUST!

  • Direct incoming phone calls to the proper people/departments
  • Greet and direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a Sales Rep
  • Work cooperatively with the sales team
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Log in License Plates
  • Stock in vehicles
  • Receipt money
