On Point Protection Agency LLC  is a professional pavement maintenance and parking lot striping and Security Company company serving commercial, municipal, and industrial clients. We take pride in delivering clean, precise, and high-quality striping services that enhance safety and appearance.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Parking Lot Striping Technician to join our team. This role involves applying pavement markings, layout work, and assisting with asphalt maintenance projects. Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply paint and thermoplastic striping to parking lots, roadways, and warehouses.
  • Perform layout measurements and mark parking stalls, ADA spaces, fire lanes, and directional arrows.
  • Operate striping machines, blowers, grinders, and other equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning and minor crack sealing.
  • Follow safety procedures and traffic control guidelines.
  • Load/unload materials and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow layout measurements.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.
