Status Hours: 36 hours bi-weekly

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Includes: Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation

Job Summary:
Fulton County Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our CCU/Med-Surg team. The RN will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the nursing care for an assigned number of acute care patients in accordance with hospital standards and policies. This role involves performing a variety of professional nursing duties and supervising LPN and PCT staff on the patient care team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Coordinate and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, ensuring adherence to established standards of practice and ethics.
  • Perform a variety of professional nursing duties, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Supervise and support LPN and PCT staff, providing guidance and ensuring quality care delivery.
  • Exercise good judgment, innovation, and discretion in the care of patients.
  • Maintain effective verbal communication and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes in patient care requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional growth and development, exploring personal behavior and practice improvements.
  • Be flexible and responsive to staffing changes dictated by patient care needs.

Requirements

  • Current RN license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
