Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Part-Time: 20–30 hours/week | Must be 18+

Our Mesa warehouse is where the magic happens, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented team member to help ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a fast-learning, computer-proficient Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. You’ll be a key part of our end-to-end order fulfillment process—picking, packing, organizing inventory, and ensuring orders ship accurately and on time. This role demands strong computer skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to quickly learn our order management systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Preparation

• Review incoming orders and verify product details
• Pick garments, clothing items, and accessories from inventory
• Match item types, colors, and sizes to order specifications
• Verify order accuracy prior to packing
• Fold, package, and prepare orders for shipment
• Print packing slips and shipping labels
• Ensure packages are organized and ready for carrier pickup

Software & Order Management

• Use order management software to process and track orders
• Update order statuses accurately and promptly
• Manage batching of orders for efficiency
• Troubleshoot minor order discrepancies or system issues
• Communicate inventory or fulfillment issues to management
• Maintain accurate digital records of shipments and returns

Inventory & Warehouse Organization

• Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory
• Restock shelves and maintain clean, labeled storage areas
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor low-stock items and report reordering needs
• Maintain an organized, efficient workflow in the warehouse

Quality Control

• Inspect items before packaging for defects, stains, or damage
• Ensure orders conform to brand quality standards
• Confirm final packages match original order specifications
• Catch and correct fulfillment errors before shipment

Maintenance & Workspace Care

• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Maintain packing supply levels (poly mailers, boxes, labels, etc.)
• Ensure warehouse remains safe and clutter-free
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Age 18+
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
• Fast learner who picks up systems and processes efficiently
• Comfortable handling digital order systems and shipping platforms
• Keen attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and checklists
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Experience with order fulfillment or inventory handling (or equivalent organizational skills)

Preferred

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience
• Experience using shipping software and label printers
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Experience in apparel, e-commerce, or retail environments
• Experience in fast-paced production or distribution settings

Schedule & Compensation

• Location: Mesa, Arizona (on-site)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
